Voucher Codes

Terms and Conditions applicable to all voucher/discount codes as advertised by us on Facebook, Instagram, our website, in print media etc.

1. Voucher codes may be used only once by an individual. Our website will not allow you to use the code multiple times.

2. Discounts apply to selected items only. You cannot use a voucher/discount code to purchase a Gift Voucher or an item that is already discounted or in a sale. If the voucher code is stated as for a specific product or collection of products then the code cannot be used for any other items.

3. We reserve the right to withdraw a voucher/discount code at any time without notice or explanation.

4. Voucher codes should be entered at the check out and it is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that the code has been applied. If the code is not shown as expected please contact us ahead of check out. Refunds for vouchers will not be made after you have completed check out and your order is complete.

5. Any item purchased with a voucher code and subsequently returned will only be refunded at the discounted purchase price paid and not at the original product price.

6.Discount codes can only be redeemed via our website, www.rushladewool.co.uk unless otherwise stated or approved in advance.

7. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without warning or explanation.
